Dear international cooperation partners

To further strengthen international exchange and cooperation with countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative, expand practical cooperation between Chinese institutions and overseas partners, and create new opportunities in education, healthcare, science and technology, and cross-border business, Guangzhou MalishaEdu Co., Ltd. (MalishaEdu) will host The 4th Belt and Road Chinese University and Overseas Partner Exchange Conference at Crowne Plaza, Guangzhou, from December 10th to 11th, 2026.

The conference will provide a high-level platform for Chinese universities, overseas institutions, government representatives, public and private hospitals, medical tourism representatives, enterprises, and international partners to connect, exchange ideas, and explore long-term cooperation opportunities. The first three conferences, successfully held in Guangzhou in 2023, 2024, and 2025, attracted representatives from more than 100 Chinese universities, government ministries, embassies and consulates, education authorities, and university leaders from Asia, Africa, and Europe. Over the years, the event has developed into an influential platform for international exchange, with ministers, diplomats, senior officials, academic leaders, and institutional representatives participating in keynote sessions, one-to-one meetings, and partnership ceremonies.

A larger, more international 2026

Building on this foundation, the 2026 conference in Guangzhou will further expand the scope of cooperation. Alongside the education exchange platform, the event will also include the 2nd Belt and Road Global Healthcare Exchange Conference and the OTB Cross-Border Business Exchange Meeting, all organized within the same overall event framework.

Through these platforms, participants will have opportunities to explore cooperation in areas including international student recruitment, joint academic programs, healthcare and medical tourism cooperation, hospital partnerships, international patient services, research collaboration, technology exchange, sourcing, trade cooperation, market expansion, and long-term institutional and business partnerships.

The 2026 conference will be larger in scale and more international in participation, leveraging the advantages of Guangzhou as an international hub. It will integrate international education, healthcare, science and technology, research, and cross-border business cooperation, creating broader opportunities for meaningful exchange and practical collaboration. MalishaEdu warmly invites your organization to join this international gathering and explore new opportunities for cooperation with Chinese universities, hospitals, enterprises, and other international partners.

Together, let’s shape the future of global education cooperation.

Yours faithfully,
Guangzhou MalishaEdu Co., Ltd.
