Accommodation
Jinzhou Medical University provides on-campus accommodation for international students enrolled in the Foundation Course and Bachelor’s Degree programs. Student housing is arranged and managed by the university to ensure safety, convenience, and compliance with campus regulations.
During the foundation course, students are required to live in triple rooms only. These dormitories are shared rooms without separate bathrooms, and the accommodation fee is 1,000 CNY per semester. Room allocation during the foundation period is fixed and cannot be changed. This arrangement is compulsory for all foundation students and is reflected in the lower accommodation cost.
After progressing to the undergraduate (Bachelor’s) program, accommodation will be re-arranged by the university. Bachelor students are usually accommodated in double bedrooms, providing a more comfortable living environment. The accommodation fee for undergraduate study is approximately 3,000–3,500 CNY per year, depending on room allocation and dormitory conditions.
All students must comply with university dormitory regulations throughout their stay. Accommodation allocation is subject to availability, and room changes are generally not permitted without university approval. Living on campus allows students easy access to academic buildings, teaching hospitals, libraries, and daily facilities, which is particularly important for medical students with intensive study schedules.
Overall, Jinzhou Medical University’s accommodation system provides structured, affordable, university-managed housing that supports students throughout their foundation and undergraduate studies.
